Terms and Conditons:
In these Terms and Conditions “we” or “us” shall mean Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Volkswagen UK) a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (company number 514809) whose registered office is at Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK14 5AN, United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the 24 hours Tiguan Test Drive (“Test Drive”) and/or the terms and conditions (“Terms”) at any time and without prior notice.
Your acceptance and use of the Tiguan shall constitute specific acceptance of these Terms.
Term
Unless specified otherwise, you may use the Tiguan for one maximum continuous period of 24 hours, beginning on the date of delivery by your Retailer.
The Test Drive will be available from 17th January to 28th February 2026.
Tiguan for Test Drive are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a particular trim will be available to Test Drive.
Only one (1) Test Drive per household.
Driver Eligibility
The Test Drive will be available only to individuals who, at the time of booking and throughout the Test Drive period:
(a) are residents of the UK;
(b) are aged between 25 and 70 years old;
(c) hold a current EU driving licence (held for a minimum of three (3) years, with no more than six (6) penalty points);
(d) have no conviction resulting in disqualification in the last three (3) years;
(e) are not under investigation for, or been found guilty of, a dangerous driving offence, drink or drug-related offence or a driving without insurance offence.
Vehicle Use
The Tiguan is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only and should not be used for any other purpose.
The Tiguan must only be driven in mainland UK or Northern Ireland unless prior written approval has been given by us or your Retailer.
You must provide secure accommodation for the Tiguan and keep it locked and safe when not in use.
Pets are permitted at the retailer’s discretion; child seats must be provided by you.
You agree not to drive the Tiguan under the influence of alcohol or controlled drugs and not to smoke or vape in the vehicle.
Use of handheld mobile phones or devices while driving is prohibited.
You must comply with all applicable legislation.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
You are responsible for any speeding, parking or other fines or charges incurred.
The Tiguan must be returned at the agreed date and time; late return fees may apply.
Fines and Penalties
You shall promptly pay all bridge tolls, congestion charges, fines or penalties arising from use of the Tiguan.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited, and you will comply with no smoking laws; you may be liable for claims arising from non-compliance.
Risk & Insurance
Any loss or damage to the Tiguan or third party shall be at your risk; repairs cannot be carried out without prior consent.
Any accident, theft or damage must be reported immediately to the Retailer.
The Tiguan is covered for roadside assistance; contact the provider on 0330 100 3241 quoting the Tiguan registration number.
Your Retailer is responsible for insuring the Tiguan for the duration of the 24-hour Test Drive; excess charges may apply.
Title & General
The title in the Tiguan remains with VW UK or your Retailer; you must not sell, lease or otherwise deal with the Tiguan.
Failure to enforce any of these Terms does not constitute waiver of rights.
These Terms are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
